    Expanding on the success of previous years, the 2024 Leadership Conference is set to take place in Montreal, Quebec. Reserved solely for members, this immersive three-day, two-night event is designed to embolden attendees to pursue leadership roles within the association and their respective companies. Offering inspiration for career advancement, the conference will focus on navigating conscious leadership, increasing self-awareness, and achieving clarity on personal and professional goals. In addition to the learning and development components, the event will also include networking opportunities, such as a peer exchange workshop to discuss challenges and explore new solutions, panel discussions with local industry experts and, of course, shop tours. 

    To ensure we have national representation at the conference, each Chapter and Region will once again provide a bursary to a representative from their Chapter/Region covering the travel costs. If you are interested in applying for the bursary, please select that option during the registration process.

    - If more than two registrations from one member company are received, the third (and subsequent) registrant might be waitlisted to ensure that other members get to send their representatives.

    Forte du succès des années précédentes, la Conférence de leadership 2024 se déroulera à Montréal, au Québec. Réservé aux membres, cet événement immersif de trois jours et deux nuits est conçu pour encourager les participants à assumer des rôles de leadership au sein de l’association et de leurs entreprises respectives. Cette conférence, qui offre une source d’inspiration pour l’avancement de la carrière, se concentrera sur le leadership conscient, l’amélioration de la conscience de soi et la clarté des objectifs personnels et professionnels. Outre les éléments de formation et de développement, l’événement comprendra également des occasions de réseautage comme des ateliers d’échange avec les pairs pour discuter des défis et explorer de nouvelles solutions, des tables rondes avec des experts de l’industrie locale, et bien sûr des visites d’ateliers. 

    Afin d’assurer une représentation nationale à la conférence, chaque branche et région offrira encore une fois une bourse à un représentant de sa branche ou région pour couvrir les frais de voyage. Si vous souhaitez poser votre candidature pour une bourse, veuillez sélectionner cette option lors de la procédure d’inscription.
